D12 Pre-Investment Visa — Multiple Entry (1 or 2 Years)

The D12 Pre-Investment Visa is a multiple-entry permit designed for travelers who want to explore business opportunities or stay in Indonesia long-term. Valid for 1 or 2 years, it allows you to enter and exit the country as often as you like, with each visit granting an immediate stay of up to 180 days.

While you can enjoy tourism on this visa, its main purpose is for market research and feasibility studies. Please note that starting in 2026, extending your 180-day stay onshore now requires proof of business progress, such as the registration of a local company (PT PMA).
